What do you do for heart failure patients?
Patients will receive the following medical care at Cherokee. Care provided includes, but is not limited to, standard medical management of symptoms such as pain and weakness; medications to help relieve pain and improve the patient's condition; and treatment of related problems such as high blood pressure, and low potassium. Patients may also receive specific types of imaging studies. The Heart Failure Program at Cherokee provides coordinated care for patients with heart failure who have special medically complicated needs.
