Step One: Find the Time


The first step to cohesion is to find the time. It takes time, after all, to take care of our health. It's not like self-care is a priority when we're too busy at work or running around trying to keep up with family obligations, but self-care is everything. The time you spend here will be worth it in the long run and will eventually lead you to a healthier life not just physically but mentally as well. So set aside some time for yourself and get started!

Step second:  Choose a Health Goal  


 Find what it is that you want to achieve. Do you want to lose weight, exercise more, and develop healthy eating habits? Maybe your goal is simply to feel better overall. Maybe you want to build up your immune system or help yourself cope with chronic pain. They are all goals I could see as possible means of contributing to the cohesion of health in this life.

Step three:  Select a General Direction


Now choose the general direction in which you will be heading. After all, it's futile if you are set on discovering something that turns out not to be relevant at all... no matter how cool it sounds (see 'The 5 Great Myths About Healing' below).

Step Forth: Set an Intention


This is an important step and should be included when addressing any health concern. Intending to have a certain experience allows you to tap into the powers that be, the energy of the universe, or just the blessings hidden deep within your heart. Whatever you believe it to be, setting intention gives your life direction because it opens you up to receive what will come into it.


Step Five: Pick Your Primary Energy Source

Why is this important? 


Well, because everything in life needs energy for movement - for being able to move and do what we want it to do! The only way our body can get energy is through food or water (i.e. it is from our energy source). The energy source comes from nature and the earth. One of the easiest ways for us to find our primary energy source is to read the food labels on bottles and cans. 

Step Sixth: Begin to Refine Your Choices  


Once you have chosen your general direction, intention, and energy source, it is time to refine your choices. No matter how used we are to thinking of certain foods as being forbidden or bad for you, there is nothing wrong with them so long as you do not overindulge in any one of a particular type. You may need to adjust old eating habits to create a healthy diet. You may even feel like giving up some favourite unhealthy foods and finding substitutes for them.

Step Seventh: Take Small Steps


To progress at a steady pace, do not make large changes in your diet or lifestyle all at once. Take it one step at a time. Little by little, you will be able to discern the difference in your body and how it is feeling. Some of these changes may become a habit and that's okay. Gradually, you'll be able to make healthier choices for yourself.

Yes, you can. I provide a three-​food-​group menu and several simple recipes based on these three food groups. These foods provide the necessary nutrients that our bodies need. People who follow my nutrition plan have reported an increase in energy and feeling much better in general.

Depending on the health condition, anywhere from two weeks to a month, but in most cases the results are immediate! However, remember that our bodies are very intelligent; it will take time for your body to assimilate these changes.

It does not matter if you are dealing with diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, cancer, asthma, or food allergies. My nutrition plan will work for you!
